Tricky shots

Tricky shots:
if the wind is not blowing on the patio doors then the curtains/ voile will not be blowing which will cause a problem with the story line as we are planning to stick to the original idea, which creates a spooky, but tense title sequence compelling the audience to want to watch more of the film.

I think that with the location photos done for the main scene's of the title sequence that this would look more effective in black and white which is something we will need to discus with in the group.

Getting the timing right for the wind to have the right effect and the timing of the flash light will all need to be carefully revised by the camera man/ woman so that we are able to complete the film so that it looks at it best, this will improve the film itself and less time on editing.

If the flashlight has a glare on the window this might cause an issue as we will have to do the shot again, and time it correctly, due to this being shot at night it will depen on where the moon is for the shine on the window, which will lead to the flashlight glaring, this may add effect to the filming process or this coule inhabit the film.

Cutting the film at the right time is not a huge issue as we can edit this out if the film runs over, however if the cut is made too soon then the shots will need to be done again and again so the the editing can create a positve on the film itself.

Timing for the shot to begin is very important again for editing porposes but also so that the actor of the film has enough time to prepare him/ hreself before setting foot in the camera frame.

Coming down the stairs and around the corner, the timing needs to be perfect and look like it is happening in sync with the rest of the film shots, this will enable our editing to be spot on with the time and not look like it has just been added as this will make the film jump rather than having a smooth edit.
